Payment : All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD). Goods must be paid in full prior to the delivery.
We take extra care to try and avoid errors in pricing and product information. If mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them.
We accept Credit Cards, Direct Deposit into our bank account or Cash.
Delivery & Handling: We deliver to most locations within Australia.
- If the products that you have purchased are in stock, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within the agreed time frame (usually within 7 business days from receipt of payment). After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 5-7 business days. Please note delivery times and dates are approximate only. If the products that you have purchased are out of stock, delivery times can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays and overseas suppliers changing dates.

- Delivery prices do not include transit insurance. Please let us know if you would like to take out insurance which attracts a premium. Please note that transit insurance does not cover the occasional small bump or blemish that could occur during transit. In the unlikely event that an issue has occurred during transit, you must notify us immediately within 3 days of receipt so that we can lodge a transit insurance claim.
- Depending on where you live, we may dispatch your item with our own driver in our own vehicle. AMAVI Living's team will call you for an appointment.
- The service is a 1 man "to your door" service. Please make sure that you have help available, if you need it, to site your new furniture in the room of your choice.
- Delivery is to a ground floor area only. Additional cost may be incurred as a result of difficulties with access. (this will be assessed by the delivery courier upon arrival at your home/office). You must evaluate and measure the access to your location to ensure that products fit upon delivery.
- The driver will not remove any packaging or assemble or take away any packaging.
- In all instances, deliveries must be signed for. The couriers are unable to leave parcels in your shed or garage etc.
- Please ensure that you give us a daytime telephone number so the courier may contact you if necessary.
- Goods not collected or able to be delivered within 14 days will incur a weekly storage charge. Unless storage and delivery times are negotiated prior to sale.
Pick Up from Storage: You are welcome to pick up at our storage. Upon pick up you will need to provide your invoice number and ID. Please email ahead to arrange a suitable time and to ensure that the product is ready for you.
