What is Amavi Livings Returns Policy?

At AMAVI Living we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible. The AMAVI Living Returns policy covers all private purchases made from the AMAVI Living website or in store. The returns period will commence from the date of order and applies to any reason, including a change of mind.

Changed Your Mind?

No drama. We’re happy to issue you with a credit note to the value of your original purchase (less shipping) so you can choose something you love instead. Please just return your item/s to our Brisbane warehouse in unmarked condition with its original packaging within 7 days(return shipping to be paid by the buyer). Once we receive the goods, we’ll issue your store credit so that you can begin shopping again. 

We cannot accept a ‘change of mind’ return If your goods have been assembled and the packaging has been removed. Orders shipped overseas, warehouse pickup, floor stock, sale stock, custom orders or special-order items are not valid for a change of mind return. Refunds cannot be issued for ‘change of mind’ returns.

Can I change my order prior to delivery?

Changing your order is always possible provided the manufacturing of your goods hasn’t started or your goods haven’t been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us on 0451 484 812 or email us at hello@amaviliving.com.au within 7 days of placing your order should you wish to change your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

Utmost care is taken to inspect the goods before they are dispatched to the buyer. In an unlikely event where the goods received are damaged, please email us at hello@amaviliving.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Photos of the item may be requested.

Faulty items subject to a repair, replacement, credit-note or refund are dependent on individual circumstance and at AMAVI Living’s discretion in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We are unable to offer repair, replacement, credit note or refund for goods that were picked up by the customer from our warehouse and/or the delivery was arranged by the customer.

“What You See Is What You Get”

Our main focus is "What you see is what you get". Our furniture is made of premium quality materials. But as with any product, there may be slight imperfections and/or manufacturing variations in grains and colours. Since most of our furniture is hand made by qualified and experienced artisans, every piece can be slightly different from the images. There may be slight colour variations in the fabric swatches and fabrics of our sofas due to variation in dye batches in production or due to your monitor resolution. Our Return & Refund Policy is not applicable in scenario like these if the good are of acceptable quality.
