In the interest of keeping our team safe and following health authorities, it is also up to the discretion of our delivery team, and state dependant, whether an order is taken inside, or whether it is contactless delivery.

Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes we do. If you don't see your delivery address at checkout, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote on freight to your address.
How much is the cost of shipping?
Due to the various sizes and delicate nature of our products, each piece will need to be individually quoted on freight. Please contact us directly at email@example.com for a quote on freight before making your purchase.
Do you offer transit insurance?
Delivery prices do not include transit insurance. Please let us know if you would like to take out insurance which attracts a premium. Please note that transit insurance does not cover the occasional small bump or blemish that could occur during transit. In the unlikely event that an issue has occurred during transit, you must notify us immediately within 3 days of receipt so that we can lodge a transit insurance claim.
How is my furniture piece delivered?
Our furniture delivery service includes a ground floor, one man delivery to your home. For ground floor homes, your delivery will be taken to your door. For front doors that are accessed via stairs, your delivery will be taken to the ground floor only and not up any stairs. We recommend that, if possible, you have someone else available to assist you with taking the items inside your home, unpack and position your piece/s in your home.
We pride ourselves in offering high quality pieces at reasonable pricing, so that more customers can experience the luxury of beautiful furniture in their homes. Our delivery pricing does not include delivery upstairs, unwrapping of your piece, or positioning of your piece inside your home for this reason. Our delivery team can help with any of these to their own discretion and time, but this is not included in our service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the products that you have purchased are in stock, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within the agreed time frame (usually within 7 business days from receipt of payment). After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 5-7 business days. Please note delivery times and dates are approximate only. If the products that you have purchased are out of stock, delivery times can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays and overseas suppliers changing dates (please note current delays due to Covid-19).
Can I give my authority to leave the items at the time of delivery?
If you wish to provide us with the authority to leave your items when being delivered, please provide any authority to leave delivery instructions during the order checkout process. This will give the carriers the authority for your items to be left at the front door or another safe spot. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of your items in which we have been given an authority to leave. We recommend you track your items where necessary to avoid this. If you have given the authority to leave your items, a signature is not required.
What if I missed my delivery, or the carrier was given limited delivery access?
If a delivery is missed, you may be required to arrange re-delivery that takes additional time and may incur an additional cost (with the carrier). For smaller deliveries, if your delivery is missed, a card will be left in your letterbox to arrange a pick-up or redelivery.
If there is difficult or restricted access to the delivery address, such as a high-rise apartment block or up and down stairs, please notify us at the time of purchase. Where this may occur, there may be additional shipping charges applied to your order. Please give clear instructions for delivery at checkout when purchasing items. All orders require a signature when delivered. If you have given the authority to leave your items, a signature is not required.
Do you ship internationally?
We’d love to help the best we can, so please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are located outside of Australia and wish to purchase an item. We may be able to ship to your location, and will confirm this via email.
Can I pick up my furniture piece?
You are welcome to pick up your purchase from our storage. Upon pick up you will need to provide your invoice number and ID. Please email ahead to arrange a suitable time and to ensure that the product is ready for you. AMAVI Living will not be liable for any damage or warranty claims from in this instance.
Manufacturer's Warranty: Your peace of mind is primary. AMAVI Living offers a 2 year warranty which will protect you against manufacturing defects on the frame of your purchase. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.

Care Instructions: Outdoor synthetic fibre and weaves are generally UV resistant, colourfast, water repellent and frost proof and are fairly low maintenance. They can withstand extreme temperatures and are suitable for use all year round. Most synthetic weaves are made from a high density polyethylene material. They have exceptional qualities, being extremely strong and soil resistant. The combination of woven fibers and frames of either aluminium or galvanised steel make the furniture suitable for outdoor use. Over time dirt may build up inside the weave and provide a hold for mould and algae, so it is recommended that you regularly clean your synthetic outdoor setting with soap and water. Use a soft brush and rinse with cold water. To prolong the life of your cushions, bring them inside when not in use (even if the foam and fabric are outdoor grade).PE Rattan
